We designed our studio to be a multi-functioning space for motivation, and comfort. Rent the studio for your birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, or other weekend event. We supply some decorations, tables, chairs, and serving necessities.

Our variety of fitness classes are designed for all fitness levels. Walk-ins are welcome at the studio, we love seeing new faces. Whether you're visiting the area and need to get in your daily yoga, or you've been with us from the beginning, we do not require memberships or sign-up fees.

The Studio 151 Weight Room is a fully functional space that contains: Cardiovascular Machines. Selectorized Machines. Free Weight Area. Unique Astroturf space for functional training. In this room, our professional personal trainers work with their clients. The space is also used for small group training programs.
