2020年4月23日 · There are clearly lots of problems with EOS Utility and Windows 10, but I did get it to work on my PC yesterday after I eventually found a work-around. EOS Utility was not recognising my camera. The solution was to disable auto-launch and launch Utility3.exe itself, not Canon's launcher. I mention this in case it helps on the new laptop.

The solutions I've seen presented by Microsoft include trying different apps to view these files... that is not an answer .... it's an avoidance mechanism.
