Tap to open the Arm System screen, where you can arm your system and bypass individual sensors. Red: The system is armed and in the armed mode (away, stay or night). Tap to disarm your system.

2024年2月26日 · I recently had a an opportunity to get a new security system through my insurance company and dropped the Xfinity home security. The new system did not include cameras. I have been able to continue using the xfinity cameras and viewing them through the xfinity app. However, I am now switching internet providers.

2024年1月18日 · Home Security Remote Access. The xfinity Home app has been discontinued and the new xfinity app doesn't provide the ability to arm and disarm the home security system. I've spent about an hour yesterday at the xfinity store and the lady was on the phone trying to get help. It seems the new app cannot do this.

2024年12月17日 · After two days of fighting with Xfinity automated system, I was able to get hold of a real person who directed me to the Xfinity home security department. The number is 877-709-8831. When I called this number, it was fairly easy to connect to a live agent.

2024年4月2日 · Beware, I have Xfinity Home Security and got my grandson dirt bike stolen! Do you think Xfinity Security System! No there’s not activity on the 24/7 recording. Technicians been out to my house several days in a row still not fixed. Please don’t get if you care about your safety. Better off with a ring camera system.
