Lancaster and York’s only bilingual educational and public radio station! WLCH, 91.3 FM, “Radio Centro” is a program of the Spanish American Civic Association (SACA), as an educational public community radio station.

WLCH operates on a July 1 – June 30 fiscal year. WLCH’s financial statements are audited annually by a certified public accounting firm. Financial statements include a Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Activities, and Statement of Cash in Net Assets and Cash Flows, and should be read in conjunction with the Notes to Financial Statements.

Our Audience. WLCH primarily reaches Latino adults between the ages of 18 and 54 years old. Here is a snapshot of our audience: 260,000+ listeners per week
