I own an old road bike with 7speed and was wondering if I can put the 7-speed CS-HG200 cassette 12-32 on the trainer. In the manual it says you can use a 8/9 or 10 speed with the included 1,8mm spacer.

Sep 6, 2022 · The Core is essentially similar to the Wahoo Kickr’s prior to the V4 model, so it’s got lots of good attributes. The fact that is also is compatible with my favorite InsideRide E-Flex is also the reason I’d pick that one ( and am even considering one to replace my V3 for this Fall ).

Nov 23, 2018 · I’ve been using a KICKR Snap in a hotel for the past 14 months with zero noise or any other issues. I leave it at the hotel every week along with my bike. I just decided to sell the Snap, ( solid in 1 hour) and purchased the KICKR Core. Used it once (Core) in the hotel and I don’t anticipate any issues with noise.
