Your NID is your secure sign-on for many systems at UCF, including myUCF and online courses. To obtain your NID, go to myUCF, click Sign On, click What is my NID, then follow the instructions to obtain your NID and create a password.

What are my NID and my UCF ID (PID), and how do I find them?
To obtain your UCF ID, go to myUCF (https://my.ucf.edu/), log in using your NID and password, click Student Self Service > Personal Information > UCF ID Info. This page will display your UCF ID, your NID and your UCF ID Card number, once you have been issued one.

Your UCFID is a unique random number that is assigned when you first enter the UCF system. Like the NID, your UCFID is yours for life and will never be assigned to another individual. Your UCFID is your primary identification number within the UCF system.
