2016年1月25日 · ToBR representative here: there are 2 parts of the process: 1st the owner of the account places an authorization note (either online on MyAT&T or over the phone) that says "(Original account holder) authorizes (Receiving account holder) To assume financial responsibility for the line (number).

2022年4月26日 · ToBR is the acronym used to define Transfer of Billing Responsibility. Which is in essence, transferring the account’s authorization to another individual(new account) or an existing AT&T account. This will in effect, transfer desire lines, plan rates, equipment installments and any current balance owed to the new account.

There internet presence is obviously malfunctioning, but also the department doesn't exist. I spend about 30 minutes on hold or waiting for the customer service rep to try to find a solution.
