Poly TAN·GIM, as the first ritual of welcoming guests home, incorporates golden threads as elements to create a bronze-colored atrium, providing a hotel-like experience in the grand lobby. The spatial structure is clear and visually appealing, with simple lines forming relationships.

Poly Tan Gim is located on the bank of the Pearl River in Liwan District, Guangzhou, close to the golden waterway of the Pearl River. The overall landscape area is about 12,000 m2, and the project cost is about 1000 RMB/m2. It is only a few meters away from the river bank.

The project combines the life of the riverside neighborhood with the experience of Lingnan culture (refers to the culture of Guangdong and nearby provinces in southeast China), activates the daily life and functional activities around, and creates a community park both private and public. Do you have an award-winning design?

Adrian Tan Gim Hai (4 February 1966 – 8 July 2023) was a Singaporean lawyer and author. Known for writing the Teenage Textbook series of books in the 1980s, he was the 27th president of the Law Society of Singapore and a partner at TSMP Law Corporation. [1]

Poly Tan Gim is located on the bank of the Pearl River in the old Liwan District, Guangzhou, close to the golden waterway of the Pearl River, only a few meters away from the bank. In initial design, what we have to do is to interpret the language and emotion of the site.

The concept takes the lightness of the silk thread, integrates the flowing state of the cloud, and echoes the cotton spinning process culture. The design organically combines the cantilever terrace structure with the facade form through the inclined rib, forming an elegant and extended architectural form.

Poly Tan Gim, Foshan is rooted in lingnan culture base, continues the style of Lingnan water town, integrates contemporary humanities and art, and is committed to creating a lingnan new living art community full of humanities and art atmosphere and rich in life fireworks.
