A PC signal is much higher than this so even if you did get an RGB to RGBHV converter your projector may still not work. THis is because the projector might only accept frequencies of 30kHz and upwards into it's VGA port since it only expects a PC to be connected!

2015年12月4日 · Scart to VGA or Scart to USB is unlikely to work. VGA uses different syncs to Scart and is also usually progressive, while Scart is usually interlaced. VGA does not carry audio. Scart to USB will only work if you have a computer, as what you have seen is a capture device that requires specific drivers and software to work.

These are mainly designed to get a scart rgb signal (red, green, blue and composite (sync) video) into a display which will accept rgb on it's vga input. Since VGA can also be progressive it is actually better than RGB via Scart. And to add a bit confusion: sometimes the VGA input can be used for Component/YUV - but only if the manufacturer has decided so.

2005年3月27日 · The difference between scart and VGA is that VGA has TTL level (5V high impedance) separate H+V syncs and Scart (RGBs) has composite low impedance (0.3V 75ohm) syncs. So both Keene and JS have a built in sync separator. Make sure that your unit can accept video frequencies via VGA before spending or building. BTW the circuit looks good!

2008年2月16日 · OK, so you have RGB on the SCART as your highest quality output and you need to end up with a PC signal not an AV signal so that rules out the various RGB-> Plasma VGA type devices. Nothing is going to do this job cheaply but the devices do exist.
