The first application was closed already so I have to reapply for the second time. BUT when I checked the penalty, it says 600 riyals.

2023年4月29日 · @bonitojeffrey23 yes you need to register with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) utilizing the Ejtiyaz Service while you are still there in Philippines. SCE registration will undergo a series of data flow verifications, assessment, until you are fully accepted as member of the council. The process takes more than one (1) month.

Also, registration for those with less than five (5) years of work experience shall not be accepted by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), unless you are Saudi Bedoon.
