State Route 143 (SR-143) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Utah. The entire highway has been designated the Brian Head-Panguitch Lake Scenic Byway as part of the Utah Scenic Byways program. This road has also been designated as Utah's Patchwork Parkway as part of the National Forest Scenic Byway and National Scenic Byway programs.

Jun 14, 2017 · PHOENIX – The Arizona Department of Transportation is advising motorists to plan ahead and expect delays as the southbound State Route 143 will be closed between Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) and Interstate 10, from 10 p.m. Friday, June 14, to 4 a.m. Monday, June 17, for concrete repair and a traffic shift.

The new southbound SR 143 flyover ramp to eastbound I-10 is scheduled to open in late August. Currently, crews are reconstructing the eastbound I-10 off-ramp at 48th Street. They expect to open the new ramp in late 2024. Several SR 143 ramp changes are occurring in August.
