I have configured PR class with characteristics created by, net value, plant and document type. Release group is A1. Release codes and release indicators have been defined. There is an existing release strategy for PR. I have added another plant and document type to this release strategy. Created by and net value characteristics are undisturbed.

Then I tried to unrelease the earlier PR documents cleared with this release strategy but system is not allowing to change and it gives message ME 108, " No new release indicator can be determined" Then I changed the release status from 1 to X but still the system gives the same message. How to unrelease the PRs? Please help. Thanks.

We have created a lsmw using T-code ME52 to delete PR in mass. But when I am running the Lsmw. Lsmw deletes some of the PR, but some shows message "this transaction is only possible thru enjoy transaction". But I have tried to make lsmw using t-code me52n, but could not succeed. When a PR is rejected by a higher level approver ,he wants to tell the reasons to initiator and the lower level approvers . The reasons will write in the " Approval Status " box. That reasons are not appearing when the initiator and the lower level approvers got the mail in his/her (Lotus Mail box ) mail box. We are using the standard portal .
