2021年3月23日 · As someone who's been using a trackpoint for 10+ years almost non-stop, I love the little red thing, but scrolling with it feels horrible. Scrolling with a touchpad feels much, much more adequate and intuitive.

2024年6月5日 · Are you talking about red dot sights? If so, the gun has an RMSC pattern cut. There are options from several brands. I’ll list the most reputable/quality ones here: Holosun: EPS, EPS Carry, 407K, 507K Vortex: Defender CCW Swampfox: Sentinel There are others, but they don’t have as good of a reputation as these.

2022年8月23日 · Enclosed - Holosun 509 Red Dot - Holosun 507c Vortex Spitfire or Sparc are viable as well depending on use. I’ve even seen someone with a Strikefire, but personally think that may be just a bit much.

2017年7月19日 · I have a 550 FS 6.5 Swede and I have an overwhelming desire to put a 2MOA red dot on it for some reason. Anyone ever hunt with a red dot on a bolt action? Seems like it could be a very fun setup.

2020年3月24日 · On my laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad) the built-in webcam has a slider overtop of it (to physically cover/disable the camera). When the slide is blocking the view of the camera, you see the red dot appear inside the small lens. When the slide is open, you no longer see that.

2023年9月24日 · Red dots with RMR footprint is a bit too wide for the P01 slide. There will be noticable overhang. Impact machine offer a cut for the RMR foot print that sits pretty well but looks a bit off as they have two plata on the side to help provide retention for the screw.

2022年11月10日 · Blue or red. Blue (242) works OK, but sometimes comes loose. Red (271) works much better if you have to question the amount of threads engaging & cannot find better hardware. Red works well on the cheap Chinese hardware. Don’t go crazy and beware if you have proper engagement on larger mounting threads.

2023年5月22日 · The red dot made the slide harder to rack on the rear. I have trained for years to rack the slide overhanded where a part of my palm is resting on the top of the slide. Racking a slide with a red dot felt unnatural and the optic was getting in the way of comfortably racking the slide. This is probably just a training issue though.

2020年9月6日 · Personally, i tried a red dot on a g19 and a Wilson edc x9. Carried for a while and just didn’t prefer it. Imo if you are a newer shooter, red dot hands down. If you’ve been shooting irons for thousands of rounds the only real significance is you may shoot a little more accurately at much further distance 20+ yards. For me it’s not a benifit

What is the absolute smallest possible red dot sight that you know of? Volume-wise, height-wise, profile-wise, whatever you consider micro/nano. What is the smallest red dot that you’ve personally used or owned? Do you recommend it? Thank you in advance.
