2011年9月20日 · Polyrex EM is Shear-stabilized Polyurea based. Esso Unirex N3 is Lithium complex based. If you look at compatibility charts that list the shear stabilized Polyurea thickener, they will show it as compatible with Lithium complex (many charts only show Polyurea, and it’s listed as marginally compatible).

2011年2月18日 · Polyrex is Polyurea (shear-stabilized) thickener... MobilTemp uses clay thickener..... any of these and more can be used with the SHCXX base oil as shown at that link. The key point is to try to match the thickener so you don't get undesired change in grease consistency when you mix greases.

2023年3月31日 · The overhaul company used Mobil Polyrex EM. Looking at the data sheet I read Viscosity Index, ASTM D2270, 95, so it seems like we are well below 150. It is also a polyurea grease. The motor service company is a serious concern which handles all of our electrical maintenance and testing on a yearly basis, so I am confident in their work.

2002年6月26日 · The very first one that comes to mind is "wear-in" of the grease lubrication. Many times a bearing will run hot for a few days until it properly redistributes the grease. We have that happen many times at our plant, on one group of machines in particular (I'm not sure why it happens on one and not the others).

2016年8月4日 · Load structure only, or turn off partial loading in your assembly load options. I would mess with these then do part cleanups if you can get it open.
