If you go to most retail/online outlets, right now, you can’t get a PS5. You can when Direct/Gamestop/GAME/etc get new stock which is happening a lot more often than when the console was first released But it is not as easy to get as the vast majority of consumer goods are, which is go to a store/online outlet and buy the thing.

I had some issues with my new PS4 several years ago and the process was quick and easy. They even sent me a box with a prepaid shipping label to ship the console back to them.
