Olivia is my favourite instructor (with the other power zone instructors close behind), but she is the only instructor to kill me with a cool down. I did an intervals running class of hers, walked through the final one minute cool down of that class and then put on one of her cool down runs.

2019年9月11日 · Just took my first Olivia ride, I had previously only done her 10 min arms classes. What an ass kicking, and I hit a new PR. Totally get what everyone is talking about now, and she will be a new go-to when I'm looking to PR or really wipe myself out.

2019年9月6日 · Just took my first 30 min class with Olivia Amato (Hip Hop) and it kicked my butt! I only ride a few times a week but I think of myself as a fairly strong rider (30 min PR: 517), and even though this was well below my PR, I was dead by the end.

2020年3月3日 · The glitter cracks me up. I was unprepared for it during the Two For One PZ Ride, and it was funny seeing a drenched Christine riding next to a fake sweaty Olivia. Not the easiest PZ ride I've done, but definitely not the hardest. Still, it reinforced my my feeling that I'm still ok in my current zones.
