Investments in many of CITC’s programs, including NYO and Denełchin Lab, are eligible for the Alaska Education Tax Credit Program, which offers qualified businesses a tax credit equivalent to 50 percent of a company’s investment, up to $1,000,000.

Each spring, NYO Games Alaska brings together student athletes in grades 7–12 from more than 100 communities statewide to compete in traditional Alaska Native games in the Senior games. Junior NYO (JNYO) also draws hundreds of young people in grades 1–6 to compete in their own version of the games.
