2021年1月11日 · It's my understanding some Nest works with Google Home (I looked in the Home app, Nest is in there), maybe Alexa🤷 and some other hardware/software. You can buy third party monitoring for about $10 per month. DIY on setup. Probably relies on your WiFi to function all around. No Cellular backup unless you set it up.

2023年3月29日 · On the SimpliSafe app, open up the Dashboard and pull down the screen. When you release, the app will ask your system to send its most recent info. If that does not help and your system still says that your Entry Sensor's battery is low, I would take the battery out and put it back in again.

2022年11月29日 · Have changed batteries, put in new sensors, called tech support. No resolution. Had old SimpliSafe version 1 and never had an issue in a townhouse with 5 floors. New system base station is on same floor, 10 - 20 feet from the sensors with no obstruction and I get errors. Moving base station does not help. Very frustrating.

2021年12月19日 · The only thing that's changed with the latest IOS update this week is that you no longer get a notification when the system is armed/disarmed (not sure if that's intentional or a bug (hopefully the latter)), but you do still get a notification if the alarm is triggered. The whole system is excellent and I would recommend to anyone.
