2015年7月17日 · I have a DD214 from my time in the Army. 12 years later I did a try one with the National Guard. When I got out I received an NGB22. Is that correct? Should I have received a DD214 in addition to the NGB22 or not? Can I request a new DD214, and would it have my Service in the National Guard listed on it? I could really use some guidance please. 2015年12月18日 · So I was on Full time National Guard Duty - Operational Support(FTNGD-OS) orders for 47 days. Now I am back to only drill weekends. Am I supposed to receive an NGB-22 OR DD 214 for that? Or is it only after 90+ days of orders that one receives those forms?

I was part of the army national guard here in the state of New Jersey. I have a letter of separation. But I do not have my NGB 22. It seems to be missing from my digital files on the veterans affairs website. I have tried calling several numbers leaving several messages and I never receive a call back. Where would I go to get a copy of my NGB 22?

Please help me find out how to obtain my NGB 22 and NGB 23. I have called numerous numbers and have had no luck, left multiple messages. I was discharged honorably in Colorado Springs CO. Can someone direct me to what and where I need to go to find these forms so we can get a VA loan. Thanks

2021年2月16日 · I do have one (1) copy of a DD-214 showing active duty training (we were on active duty training a lot in 38th Division back then). I am told I should get a copy of a NGB-22 showing the six (6) years of service (my unit drilled every weekend for several years) and that the Indiana National Guard discharged me Honorably.

2022年2月17日 · My name is Michael Sams and I'm applying for a VA home loan and my current NGB-22 list my time from 1985 to 1989. I need an NGB-22 that shows my time from 1980 to 1985. I have my USAFR Points Credit document that shows my time from 1980 through 1989 but the lender is requiring the NGB-22 show this same time.

This document is used to prove whether or not a veteran was honorably discharged, & many lenders require this document if a veteran served in the National Guard or Reserve, along with their Point Statement/NGB-22, and their DD-214.

2021年6月3日 · Thank you for the clarification but NGB-22 that you mentioned in your original post is a National Guard Document not a Regular Army document most Army documents begin with DA. So I'm guessing you need a DA 5016. You may have to submit your request to the PAB. Please see the following below. I would email them first.
