• Access NP2 at https://np2.navy.mil to initiate SAAR-N request from MySailor Homepage. • Complete SAAR-N wizard. The establishment of an initial Supervisor, SM, or IAM user role will be conducted via the SAAR-N PDF manual method.

Please follow steps provided below to ensure request is received and processed in a timely manner. Request CANNOT be processed if SAAR-N received is incomplete, signature validation error, and/or file is corrupted.
