Customer: forklift 4g63 replaced timing belt engine seldom starts, when it does it is sluggish, lpg fuel, doesn't seem to have much suction at carb, suspect not activating carb diaphragm. checked marks about 10 tims and seems to be right on. dampener pointer on 0, cam gear lined up with housing as per drawing. what are we doing wrong.
