Minnesota State Highway 23 (MN 23) is a state highway that stretches from southwestern to northeastern Minnesota. At 343.723 miles (553.169 km) in length, it is the second longest state route in Minnesota, after MN 1. This route, signed east–west, runs roughly diagonally across Minnesota from southwest to northeast.

If the decedent owed any Minnesota or federal taxes, criminal fines, a debt to a state agency, district court, qualifying hospital, or public library, state law may require us to apply the refund or credit to the amount owed (including penalty and interest on the taxes).

2024年5月21日 · MnDOT will resurface 30 miles of Highway 23 with asphalt, from Pipestone to Russell. A culvert will be replaced near Florence, and culverts will be lined along the project corridor. In addition, the bridge deck east of the Highway 23 and Highway 75 intersection in Pipestone will be replaced.

2023年1月20日 · The Highway 23 South Gap project focuses on the roadway from New London and Paynesville that will take the current two-lane road and transform it into a four-lane transportation system. This gap project will also focus on safety improvements needed along this section of the corridor.
