Having done a friend's LG C7 with HCFR (and found it problematic), and reading through posts here, I get the impression that calibrating LG OLEDs is a beast given the strange behavior of OLED panels and LG's bafflingly opaque menu system.

2024年5月27日 · My LG C8 also had tons of pixels dying after about 2 years. It started on the upper edge and then spread across all 4 edges. I doubt it is heat related as the outer areas are cooler compared to the center.

2020年4月25日 · The C8 is pretty decent in its own right. The main primary gaming benefit of HDMI 2.1 is 4K 120hz & HDMI-VRR output which will allow better than 60fps up to 120fps, however what if any PS5 games will make use of this remains to be seen.
