Hu Chocolate uses the same unwavering ingredient guardrails we championed at our Hu Kitchen restaurant. Our organic, Fairtrade dark chocolate is made with just 3 simple and familiar ingredients – cacao, unrefined coconut sugar, and cocoa butter.

Smooth and a rich flavor reminiscent of a fine Belgian Chocolate. All the flavors are present without being overwhelmed by sweetness or bitterness. And for me personally, no nausea afterwards which happens quite frequently with other chocolate bars.
