I've already submitted a ticket and currently in the process of answering the verification questions. However for the IP address, they said that I need to provide the IP address from the region I am moving to.

2020年5月9日 · I'm sure some of you have noticed that your account may be in a different region than what it claims you are really in. Just wanted to let you know that (as of yesterday) Riot has created a new link, which will allow you to change your region of residence (linked below), instead of going through the support ticket.

2020年6月3日 · I went on my riot account and saw that my region became the US. I tried to change it using the support link for changing regions but it just keeps saying " Unfortunately, we cannot accurately determine your Region of Residence at this time. Please submit a ticket so an agent can assist you". I wrote a ticket but they havent replied yet.

" I already opened a Ticket for that, but when they can't change my region to germany, does that actually matters? Will I still play on the same servers when my region is set to france or germany?

2020年4月9日 · I am sincerely sorry, maybe it will change in the future but unfortunately, I can't promise you anything at this level :(. Thank you for your understanding and wish you all the same a good day. Found out that the shard is based off the country listed in your account options. You can't change it manually and have to send in a support ticket.

2022年7月1日 · Support Assist - you'll only need this if you need to contact Dell Tech Support for any reason. If there's nothing wrong with your computer, just don't bother with it. It has a history of security flaws, and it makes sense for people who aren't tech savvy at all, or for Dell technicians who need to access your computer remotely.

I got the email saying my account transfer was complete yesterday 6/24. I was able to create an account but when logging in I get “because of your account status, we’re unable to process your request online. Please c all us so we can assist you”…anyone else having this issue? My original “transition started” email was from 6/11.

2020年5月11日 · You can do it by yourself from that new page. If it works, solve your ticket with a simple "all good, I used the new page". They are overwhelmed due to worldwide confinement and it will be much faster if you do it yourself. Response time could be one week or more so any automated tool is a win for you and Riot.
