Apr 6, 2011 · Repairing a seized honda 350 twin is no big deal, plenty of parts and donor motors available. The motors are easy to take apart and repair. The Honda and aftermarket manuals are complete enough and also common. The original SL pipes and muffles are pretty dear, but not as much as a NOS SL steering damper.

Nov 12, 2009 · The Honda CR dirtbike 21" wheels will lace to the stock hubs along with spokes or you can get new spokes from Buchanan spokes/wheels online. Also for new exhaust mufflers, try Overlander exhaust out of Austrelia. The exhaust on a SL far exceed the value of the bike usually if their stock and intact.

Oct 24, 2009 · I'm almost finished with a frame up restoration on my Honda SL350. It's the "dual-sport" version of the CB/CL350. The bike was running when I tore it apart. I had to totally disassemble the engine to replace the shifter shaft and the kick starter shaft. I put new rings, gaskets and cam chain rollers. The bike starts but will only idle.
