HATX was created in 2017 by two siblings, one a crocheter of homemade hats, the other a poet who realized you can cross the "E" out of "HATE" and spell "HAT". Some people wear their hearts on their sleeves, we wear our hearts on our heads!

HATX was created in 2017 by two siblings, Laura & Andrea after Laura started crocheting hats (pictured below) for the holidays. "If you cross the “E” out of “HATE", Andrea said to Laura, it spells, “HAT!” and shortly after, Laura started selling HATX hats online.
