Speer makes Gold Dots in the .45 GAP and pricing on line is in line with the .45 ACP. Possibly the sweetest gun is the G38. 8+1 with G19 dimensions. 10+1 mags from the G37 fit of course.

2014年3月9日 · Hodgdon has 45 GAP data, Alliant has some data for the GAP. I used standard ACP loads compared to standard GAP loads to get a idea of where to start from. Currently I am using a hollow base 185 bullet that seats to 230 grain OAL in a 45 ACP. The difference for the GAP is .143, so I set the bullet back that distance from a 230 grain 45 ACP.

2024年2月23日 · Using the Fed Nickle 45 ACP ( Not +P) Small Primer Pocket brass using Rem BR 7.5 Primers and 8.6 of PP with 250 FPRN getting 1065fps. No signs of pressure on case or primer. Glock 21 / 4.6” KKM added a (5.2”KKM) now and 22 pound spring. Looks great case expansion still in the .470s. Max is .481” Never go back to 45 Super brass again !

It all boils down to a new Practical/Tactical model in .45, much like the Glock Model 34 and 35 (9mm and .40 S&W respectively).

2023年2月8日 · I used a similar setup. Its good because you will have less recoil ina G41 length gun than a G41 itself. You will have issues cycling some ammo. 45auto+P, 45super, and 450smc should be the type of ammo to look into. 230gr ball might work with brass dribbling at your feet.
