For most players, it is better to consider what other characters you have, what weapons, your luck with artifacts, etc. For example, my SS Itto is better than my Mistplitter Ayaka.

I agree , whoever made this list obviously has put team synergy iwith his top tier teams and just chucked Noelle with a stupid team like Amber Alloy and Xinyan(no offence to those charectors) but chucked Alhaitham with proffered team mates.
