Feb 11, 2007 · While the GS-911 does not offer full function on the phone interface it is available on the PC interface. There is much more info available if you use the PC rather than the phone. Code and data scanners were never designed to pinpoint a problem just indicate a possible fault so it can be tested further.

Aug 18, 2015 · I’m considering doing this reset but I wondering if I have to go through all 6 gears at 1 time or will the computer wait until I’ve hit all 6 gears. I live on a short block so wouldn’t get past 3rd before coming up to a busy intersection. I can’t see keeping the GS-911 connected on my lap until I find a long straight section.

Aug 12, 2007 · Using the GS-911 I've been trying learn the new sensor by waking up the sensor using the release air pressure for 10 seconds or so. The system appears to see the sensor but it will not learn it's number. I even cleared the numbers and tried to relearn the existing sensor that I do know the number for. Still nothing.

Nov 26, 2001 · The GS 911 is sensitive to low voltage and will time out. Charge the battery to at least 12.8 and maintain at least that voltage while testing. This is with the device communicating in infrastructure mode, your wireless internet connection.

Apr 15, 2008 · The GS-911 on line tutorial about this (and I think the unit itself) says that the 911 can only 'learn' a sensor one time. Which is to say that since your bike already learned the new sensor, the 911/50488 route won't work with that particular sensor.

Feb 28, 2021 · I would add to this that the GS-911 does a better job on a windows computer. On my Mac, it has to connect to a remote server for many of the features to work which slows it down considerably. Also, I have found that if I connect my computer to the GS-911 with a cable it's much faster than using my wifi network.
