Customer: I have a GE Adora dishwasher. Standing water in the bottom, won't drain completely. I've checked the filter and cleaned it out. I've checked the hose, doesn't appear to be any bends or obstructions. I've checked the disposal. The sink isn't clogged and it is working fine.

This model just doesn't have a thermal fuse, in fact almost no GE dishwashers do. If you're certain that there is power getting to the dishwasher, remove the kick panel below the dishwasher and look for the 3" x 3" sheet metal box with the wire connections in it.
