2023年11月9日 · Also interesting that they're using the G95K/QD latch version of the MR556A4 handguard (in terms of length--I know that the MR556A4 is MLok instead of HKey), given that the 16.5" and even 14" versions of the G95A1 (at least so far) have been shown with bayonet lugs. The long handgaurds mean that the bayonet mount would become redundant.

2022年12月14日 · HKey is on the G95/G95A1/G95KA1 because that's what the German Army wanted. Of course, they could've changed during the whole HK vs Haenel deal, but didn't. That's also why the 416A8 has the funky pistol grip on it instead of the ergo/Adaptive Battle Grip of the G95. recent production 416A5/A7, most 433/437 and I presume recent production 417s.

2024年4月21日 · Sorry to revive this thread, but I re-watched this video and found this photo. Is that a G36KV with a 15.4" barrel and a standard HK HKey G36 handguard? Explains why the G36 (though a K variant) is as long or longer than the G95KA1 (normal G36K/KV has 12.5", while the G95KA1 is 14", and G95A1 is 16.5").

2024年1月26日 · The G95A1 is capable of delivering the required precision with the appropriate ammunition. With mediocre quality ammunition it will deliver less. As will any other rifle being fed the same ammunition, although there might be a freak combination that could be a bit better. But that’s rather unlikely.
