Looking or unbiased advice: Built NA d16z6 or b20 swap
Dec 8, 2013 · So the long and short of it is this: for essentially the same budget, would you build an NA d16z6 (with Quaife LSD already and looking at a 4.7 MFactory final drive) to essentially its max potential or swap to a JDM B20 with LSD transmission (also considering a 4.7 final drive) and the option for further upgrades? This is critical for many D16 owners that are running smaller lift camshafts. Other heads that were tested showed 25-30 cfm gains at .500 lift, but they lost significant flow below .350.
