Please note: On November 8th, 2024 the CSWD Board of Directors voted to change the start times for the Regular Board Meetings that are held on the second Friday of each month at 1:00 pm. at the Cucharas Sanitation and Water District Office located at 16925 State Highway 12, Cuchara, Colorado.
Projects - Cucharas Sanitation and Water District
CS&WD constructed a new 88,000 gallon water tank by the Cuchara Water Plant. This new tank was constructed on the McCombs property just west of Black Bear Road. The residents of Cuchara received an increase in water pressure of about 13 psi and greatly improved flow from the area fire hydrants.
