The wine is a medium salmon, with a soft gentle mousse. The nose is cherry pie and berries mingled with pastry cream and wet rocks. The palate has a deep, red fruit character and weight, finishing with briny acidity.

This wine is from the 2019 base vintage with 30% perpetual cuvée added. The blend is nearly 73% Chardonnay and 27% Pinot noir. The primary vineyards are Keefer Ranch, Alder Springs, Linda Vista, and Rorick Vineyard.

This bottling of Tradition, the 2020 base, is approximately 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. While it is indeed the 2020 base, approximately 30% of the wine is our reserve perpetual cuvée going back to 2015. A faintly warm, golden hued rimmed wine, with a fine and persistent mousse.

The wine is a classic sparkling rosé with rich, roasted strawberries and cream. The sunshine and ripeness is there, as is the forest floor Pinot Noir character. The finish is long, with a tangy, briny acidity.

The prettiest, most accessible and drinkable sparkling wine we make. The nose of black pepper and strawberries carry sunny, beach day vibes to a palate that is full-bodied and fruity. Plenty of salty, grapefruit and tangerine flavors close out a thirst-quenching palate.
