Utilities – City of Colusa
The City of Colusa Water & Sewer utilities is responsible for the water pumping, operation, treatment and distribution system, also the operation and maintenance of the sewer collection and treatment system as well as disposal.
Council and Clerk – City of Colusa
The citizens of Colusa elect five City Council members to staggered four-year terms. In turn, the City Council appoints a Mayor and Mayor Pro-Tem each November. The Mayor presides at City Council meetings and has one vote, as do the other members.
