Hi everyone, very new here just getting into the world of budget quality items, I've been dabbling in watches and flashlights and am dipping my toes into chi-fi. Any advice for a newbie, and any recommendations for a cheap true wireless earphones, with noise cancelling.

Jan 26, 2023 · Most of the well-performing Chi-Fi IEMs are tuned according to a variation of Harman or Diffused Field targets, which were found via experimentation and scientific study to be (relatively) “correct” and “preferable” In my experience letting casual listeners trying my gears, IEMs tuned according to this style general win the praise.

Aug 23, 2022 · Pros: Chi-fi has been amazing for the hobby, they're pushing sound, comfort, build, tech, design and most significantly affordability to new levels. I remember years ago drooling over Shures, and now wouldn't even really consider them. Cons: On the downside the quality control even with the big brands can be hit or miss.

Sep 12, 2020 · Chi-fi has grown a lot and it’s more of a spectrum of headphones and qualities. Bang for your buck is just one end of the spectrum. Many of the upper end manufacturers you can easily drop a grand or more on IEM and they can arguably hold their own.

I know, im just saying that if he cares about sound quality, chi-fi bt stuff is an absolute waste of money. Even other aspects like lag, connection related issues, mic quality, are common issues. So unless the wires are a really major issue, just use wired chi-fi.
