CD93是一种跨膜蛋白，胞外区为c型凝集素结构域，可以与MMRN2结合。胞内区与膜突蛋白结合，将CD93连接到肌动蛋白细胞骨架上，进而影响细胞粘附；也结合Cbl、GIPC1、src等蛋白，影响细胞的吞噬、粘附和迁移。胞内区有两个高度保守的结构域，可能影响CD93功能。
