2015年5月22日 · I recently purchased a 2005 motorhome with a CAT 350 hp C7. I'm pretty good with gasoline engines but I don't know anything about diesels. So, when I noticed that there was a problem with acceleration and a problem with power I did what a lot of folks in my situation would do and I used Google to search for an answer to the problem.

2018年12月4日 · ZiggyH, Information of problems with Cat C-7 is something that is not coming within Caterpillar SiS Service system. But there are several video on U-tube about problems with Caterpillar engines and bullet proof a cat engine from a outside source but not Within Caterpillar. The C-7 / C-9 are not having problems with the Heui pumps on there engines.

2018年1月1日 · I've been reading over this thread & trying to determine if it would work in my situation. I have an 07 Phaeton with a 350 cat & I'm getting " Iva oil pressure sensor" code. Cat replaced the sensor & it didn't help. they tell me they think it's the heui pump but not 100% certain. I've had different symptoms at different times.

2016年4月27日 · I am new to the club and have read your article about flushing the radiator. I have a Cat 330-3126 engine on a Freightliner XL chassis. The coach was built in 2003 and to my knowledge the coolant is the original ( tests OK with the test strips) so I want to change/flush and add the new EL coolant.

2018年8月22日 · History: I have a 2006 Winnebago Journey, purchased used in 2014 with a 350 CAT C7.. I was unable to find any service history on the Engine or Allison from the two previous owners, so I had the CAT oil filters (oil and fuel) changed, the cooling system flushed and replace with Extended Life Antifreeze.
