Nov 30, 2017 · I tested that we can get sharing link with "csf=1" for People with existing access or Specific people in modern document library, and Restricted link-Only specific peopled can open this link in classic document library. Mar 18, 2019 · Hi Dave, Sorry for the inconvenience the issue caused. We understand the issue is that the inserted link of a SharePoint file/folder get changed in Excel online workbook, when clicking it, it doesn't go to the file/folder location.
