Welcome to the EMB Environmental Impact Assessment and Monitoring Division’s CMR Online System. Currently this system is applicable only for Environmentally Critical Projects (ECPs). For Non-Environmentally Critical Projects (Non-ECPs), the CMR should be submitted manually to the EMB region where the project is located.

EMB-DENR has the sole discretion to give you access to CMR Online System with your use of an Internet-enabled computer, approved browser, your username/email account and password. 1.3.
