I define a wrath as a card that seeks to remove multiple permanents from the board without targeting and without dependency on other cards. Also, I am rating the cards based on the overall power of the card, not by the power of its wrath ability.

2011年10月18日 · It's barely arguable. 7 cards for 1 mana is infinitely better than any other draw spell out there. The fact that it has you discard isn't much of a downside. Wheel of Fortune got banned in Legacy, and that isn't even close to this in power level. Sure, anteing a card is bad, but drawing 7 cards probably means you win.

2015年12月30日 · There's also Knollspine Dragon, which can draw you a lot of cards in the right deck. Black gets a worse wheel effect in Dark Deal, too. Red also gets "impulsive draw" (e.g. Act on Impulse), and the best cards for this are probably Outpost Siege, Chandra, Pyromaster, and Commune with Lava.
