Now since im running a mini atx mobo im running a FROZN A400 with a 93mm compared to the stock amd cpu cooler it may be tiny but works so much better than the factory cpu cooler. at idle im running at 25 degrees Celsius and even under load while playing games it isn’t getting close to 45-60 degrees Celsius I might reach 35 degrees celsius. <<<.

Internal core temp is used by the processor for it power control while package temp is used by variable speed fans like PWM fans in many modern servers. In either case, if any core or the package temp goes outside of the Thermal design of the processor you may be at the point of hitting damage, back down or increase colling.

The temperature of the actual CPU package aka the entire CPU not just the die itself. This will usually be higher. Motherboard temp is largely irrelevant unless you see it spike super high which indicates a major issue somewhere.

2022年2月19日 · The fan system goes nuts when CPU's hit 20% on the default motherboard setup. Even if it's not a game you will get an instant whoosh of all fans when the CPU usage goes up. I nearly bought water cooling but I didn't even need it.

Right now at 22C room temp with just YouTube playing and typing out this message, it is hovering around 37-38C average. If I were to load a web page or YouTube video, the average temperature may spike to 50 or so.

2023年1月18日 · Idle temps are meaningless, because your CPU could be doing any number of random background tasks, and fans don't typically ramp up til around 60°C. Come back with the temps under load and we can judge.

We have the same processor but a lower motherboard model its a b450m ds3h rev 1 however I also have that same temp 38 to 41c and full load 54c to 56c and it stays at 1.1v~1 2v still it hits 4.6ghz but most likely wanna it wants to stay at 4.3ghz with only 1.2v 56C running OCCT stability test latests version.

2022年8月13日 · E.G. If you are averaging the last 10 minutes of temp with HWINFO64, and run a test for 2 minutes, the average will NOT be useful because it includes 8 minutes of idle, significantly bringing this average down.

85-90°C especially while playing GTA V seems to be a bit high imo. Anything above 90°C is a bad sign. So try keeping your temp below 90°C. You can use a cooling pad to reduce temperature or I'd recommend undervolting your CPU. You can Google for …
