2022年1月16日 · Anydesk never ran in the background on my desktop machine, I'm very careful about that kind of thing. I have a full install, and in the past all I've had to do is open up the Anydesk window, or shortcut directly to another machine, I could use the window and then when I closed it, the entire operation closed and it did not run in the background.

2019年2月2日 · We use it for people who work from home for set up and maintenance. Provided you don't have a password for anydesk, there is no way for them to get in without your permission. If they do, provided its not on, there is still no way in. The only risk is if you have it set to auto start, walk away from your PC, and they have a password.

2019年10月11日 · Thought I'd share in case this helps others - if you want to use Anydesk on a Win 10 device with no monitor attached (and possibly on Mac - haven't tested there), it can't attach to a drawing context and will hang on connecting. There's an archived post here about this but none of the solutions suggested worked for me.
