ANSEP is celebrating its largest-ever graduating class of full-time Acceleration Academy students. Fifty-two students from the Anchorage, Bethel, Matanuska-Susitna and statewide campuses earned their high school diplomas and have earned an impressive total of 3,336 college credits earned for free as ANSEP Acceleration Academy students.

For students who are entering high school or are currently enrolled in high school, ANSEP has a suite of opportunities that will prepare students for college and beyond. Through rigorous academic and social engagement, high school students who participate in ANSEP components will: Earn college credits; Learn to navigate the university

ANSEP: improves academic outcomes, eliminates the need for university remediation and associated costs for government and families, increases retention, saves students and their families three years or more years of college tuition and living expenses, saves the state millions in government funding by reducing time to degree.

As an ANSEP middle school student, you’ll take part in cool, hands-on projects and work with real science and engineering professionals. Districts will announce application periods. ASD students will apply here when the application period is open.

The ANSEP Summer Bridge focuses on developing students academically, socially and professionally for college and careers. The Summer Bridge is a college and career visioning opportunity that’s geared toward students who are graduating high school this academic year.
