2021年3月19日 · The new HUD-92900-A has been designed to align with borrower and lender disclosure and certification requirements specific to FHA loan originations. The HUD 92900-A form will no longer be a dual use form used for VA mortgage originations.

The following instructions contain tips on properly completing Form 92900-A and apply to both the initial and final 92900-A. All sections must be fully completed on page 1 except sections 14, 16, 19 and 21H which are to remain blank.

The use of Form 92900-A is required by 24 CFR 203.255(b) and 24 CFR 206.115 for all Single Family Forward Mortgages and Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM).
