Phase I of Ranger School is currently twenty-one days in duration and conducted by the 4th Ranger Training Battalion in the heavily forested terrain of Fort Benning, Georgia.

Students being recycled at 4th Ranger Training Battalion will also not be given pass this weekend. Students will be given the opportunity to refit once they arrive at 5th Ranger Training Battalion, and they will be able to make phone calls this weekend.
