I have never downloaded this program, and I could not find it to uninstall it. I went online to download it, install it, and uninstall it. However, after doing all of that, I still get the notification to uninstall it.

I couldn't find anything anywhere on my system related to VirtualBox. Got some returns from the batch file linked by zen0, but it wouldn't provide any path information to find and root them out.

2021年3月16日 · These all use VirtualBox under the hood. If you ever installed VirtualBox, it would be listed as Oracle VirtualBox in Apps & Features. Do a Windows Search of your drive, scanning for VirtualBox and see if anything shows.
