2018年2月7日 · Do the capture quest line from the one dude, you’ll get low rank Kirin unlocked. Kill him, you’ll get a quest for high rank Bazel. Kill him then you should have to talk to that dude again, do so then go to coral highlands and gather Kirin tracks for a while.

2022年8月21日 · After clearing the main story and reaching HR 49, you can unlock an optional Kirin quest by finding its tracks in expeditions in the Coral Highlands. Talking to the biologist again in Astera will permanently open this quest to you.

Kirin quest will be your quest from lvl 49 to 50. LR Kirin is also missing and I guess that you could unlock it before HR 50 :)
