Usually, people hate on a whole Fandom just because of one specific group that is loud enough that makes it seem that is the whole Fandom. From what I have seen of the reasons to hate the Fandom is mainly the "shipping Fandom", and so far, Bnha has one of the most toxic and pushy ones. It is really annoying to see.

Honestly, for one of your points, I would add the perception is also tied to the perception of the fandom. I don't see any other modern shonen anime/manga get as much stigmatization as MHA from JUST the fandom alone. Specifically more related to shipping. "MHA fandom" is used as a standard metric of comparison for fandom toxicity.
